We are three friends united by the passion for wine and the desire to bring the territory of Esperia (name deriving from the Greek “Hesperos”) to the fore, a small jewel with a millenary winemaking tradition and a unique geological history.
Our way of doing agriculture is based on the concept "we are what we eat".
We believe in sustainable agriculture, which respects the environment, observes and interprets nature, supports its rhythms and cycles, reconciling man with himself, with his being part of a complex ecosystem where everything is connected.
We produce natural wines from organic and biodynamic agriculture. In the vinification we play in subtraction: spontaneous fermentations, long macerations, aging in amphora.
Our wines are a mirror of the vintage, of the moods of our land, a reflection of the agronomic management and of the love for each single plant that has its own individuality and peculiar characteristics.
L’ azienda consta di 5,5 ettari di vigneti di cui, 2 ettari costituiscono il vigneto “Aurete” piantato nel 2018, 3 ettari il vigneto “Via Romana” e mezzo ettaro il vigneto pluricentenario a piede franco “Cariano” risalente al 1840 circa.
An added value of the territory is the presence of numerous native vines, among which the Raspato Nero and the Reale Bianca, included in March 2021 by Arsial in the national and regional register, stand out.
